unWined plays dual roles as both a wine bar and a wine shop, which means it boasts a much larger wine list than your average establishment. In addition to the 30 wines you can grab by the glass in the restaurant, you’re also welcome to snag any bottle off the shelf in the retail area and enjoy it with your meal. You can even let the experts do the decision-making for you and grab a seat at one of the regular wine dinners.
The next special dinner is coming up on Thursday, January 17th at 6:30 p.m. and tickets are just $55 per person. That’s a steal, considering the meal includes five courses with carefully selected vino to accompany each. You’ll start with palourdes au gratin, a.k.a. baked clams, with Cremant de Limoux, a sparkling wine. Next up, French onion soup with Domaine de Cristia Grenache Blanc Vin d’Pays. Salad with bacon and bleu cheese dressing, scallops Provencal over bowtie pasta, and creme brulee round out the meal, each complemented by the complex flavors of other upscale wines.
